Always Print Key

Even if the extension is not found, the key should still be printed for the id in the url.

An extension's ID is calculated from the first 32 characters of the SHA-256 hash of a public key. In these two steps, information about the public key is discarded. It is therefore not possible to show the "key" of an extension without the crx or nex file.
