Describe the bug
It seems that JWT-GO is no longer actively maintained . After reading this issue the consensus is that moving away is possibly a better idea as JWT-GO has security vulnerabilities.

NOTE: Currently it seems none of the vulnerabilities affect PAUL but it is only a matter of time IMHO
