Bootstrap styling not showing

I went to check on my gh pages "clean blog jekyll" boostrap template website after setting it up and it looks like none of the bootstrap styling is there. Can anyone assist? Thank you, I am new to github and pages.

This is the guide I was following. According to a moderator of the comments, the guide needs to be updated.
