What is SWYH trying to do with Chrome?

It's Trend micro that's detecting it and it's doing something with chrome. Your link seems something else in the downloads.

"BehavesLike.Win32.Dropper.vc" is a known false positive for InnoSetup. But VirusTotal reports nothing for Trend micro .

I think the only solution is switching to another installer or a different virus scanner. I think you would be good reporting it as a false positive to TrendMicro (maybe after compiling it yourself to be sure)
