Support for PS Vita ZIPs?

Does PS Multi Tools support PS Vita games stored in ZIP folders? I store most of my games as ZIPs as that is the format created by NPS, and it saves on having millions of small files on my HDD.

I tried pointing it at a folder full of zipped PS Vita games, but they were not detected.
