Widget: history of content

Create a widget showing the latest changes in content. It should be configurable which part of the page tree is included in this overview, so you can select for example only a part of the tree to show the history.

A Recent changes widget should be flexible to let editors set:

• Time period or quantity
• User or Usergroup editor is a member of
• Provide a pencil for quick access to edit the content

Solved by #69 which also provides an "upcoming publish state changes" to list pages/content that will be published or unpublished in the future.
