Is your widget a widget that should be shipped with TYPO3?.
Yes

How can this widget help the user?
If the user has a routine and his/her tasks can be listed, would be nice to have a checkable to do list to "help" yourself with an overview of your tasks on the backend. It can be user-oriented or sharable.

Describe the information you would like to show
A draggable list of tasks with importance rate and check box.

This is a great idea @irenesacchi - personally I think it's good enough to merit a dedicated extension that provides a more thorough "TODO" integration with TYPO3. One that lets editors attach todos to specific content/pages with descriptions and lists unsolved todos in the user info dropdown to the top right. I'm not sure a basic todo makes sense for EXT:dashboard, but a todo extension like the one described, should absolutely provide a widget for EXT:dashboard.
