We probably would need some kind of visual identity guidelines for the hacklab.
That should contain

mark & logo: usecases, dos n donts
brand colors: RGB, CMYK, PMS and RAL, maybe some tape color definitions
brand fonts and basic principles of use
illustration examples and basic asset styles

This can be web based or pdf.
