Add Loading Indicator whole site or add Top Scroll on Filter Click

When I click on the filter, it takes time to fetch data. It should show a loading indicator since it sometimes takes longer.

I reviewed the website, and the loading indicator was added. When I click on the filter, the webpage doesn't scroll to the top, so the loading indicator isn't visible ### when data does not show or through error. @dotslashbit I'm working on it. please assign me.
