Dashboard Uploader & gallery will upload to & scan from the site's root directory. example.com/xxxxxxx.png
- This sorts most of the code into the /dashboard directory.
Added Index.php that redirects example.com to example.com/dashboard
Added CHANGE.MD for documentations
