Spec Proposal

Problem

Powerful web applications should be able to integrate deeply into the underlying OS. This proposal would allow web applications to fit into user's existing work flows.

The main use case here is to allow creative and utility applications (such as Google Docs, or VSCode) to work more seamlessly on the web, by providing them with a more frictionless way to interact with a user's existing work.
