每次都要手动对着这三个备份一遍，没有特定需求的话，操作繁琐
我想要直接备份全部，然后再刷机后一键恢复
还有想加一个功能，即直接打包/sdcard/DataBackup目录,使用仅存储，这样就可以直接传到电脑了，打通半自动流程了
最后需要备份完成的通知
