Done in r11522.

This affects all Fedora and centos 7 onwards.
The log files should now be created in: /run/user/$UID/xpra

@afarr: this is a FYI, please close.

I see Xorg.DISPLAY log files in the right place, and if I launch without dbus-launch or --no-daemon then I also see the DISPLAY.log.

Looks good, closing.
