[request] Disable the HTML5 player's crappy mouseless mode (or whatever)

Hi!

I don't know what to call it. It's this annoying blue selection that appears unwantedly after I click on an element.
After which the hotkeys are stolen by it.

eg: I click on the subtitle icon. After that when I press space to stop the video it get's disabled. So I have to enable it again and than click on an empty area of the player...
Or if I change the volume by mouse it steals back/forward arrow, which changes the volume instead of seeking...

Incredibly annoying.

PS:
If someone knows the proper name for this terrible/horrible feature, please share.
Also share if you know a way (or addon/script) to disable it.
