Kaspersky might mess up YTC

I have no idea why this happens every time when I'm using Kaspersky and Chromium:

I allowed Chromium through Kaspersky firewall, but still this happens. I even turned off Kaspersky and tried to re-install YTC with no luck, any help?

Edit:

It indeed was Kaspersky yet again which messed up some settings, after uninstalling Kaspersky YTC works correctly again.
