Hi!

When selecting any update period, appears that are saving but never saved.

Enable or disable the automatic update happens the same thing.

What browser are you using including its version and also how do you have YouTube Center installed (Tampermonkey, Scriptish, Greasemonkey or just as an extension)?

Google Chrome version 36, using the Xubuntu 14.04 x86_64, only the extension build 362.
