Add the zuneupdate.com/resources mod that allows the updating of device firmware.
Needs to point resources.zune.net (and potentially resources.zunes.tk) to https://www.zuneupdate.com/ (66.115.173.227)

This mod won't be necessary if zuneupdate.com (or an equivalent of it) can be run at resources.zunes.me. In that case, the Community Webservices Mod will also handle firmware updates.
