CentOS 7 - The Actions runner will no longer support your OS version on November 1, 2024

I still need C7 environment for my CI/CD, is this warning means that after Nov/01, I wont even able to start the action services on a C7 system environment? So far I was able to workaround this issue https://github.blog/changelog/2024-03-07-github-actions-all-actions-will-run-on-node20-instead-of-node16-by-default/
What are my options? sadly, upgrade the system is not an option
