What happened?

Reported on the Alchemy Discord (screenshot included), but I have also encountered this on occasion. One example: the Font of Magic feature for a sorcerer:

**Converting a Spell Slot to Sorcery Points.** As a bonus action on your turn, you can expend one spell slot and gain a number of sorcery points equal to the slot’s level.

There are other instances/characters where the tables are formatted correctly.
