Tagging images support collapse and Internationalization support

When I tagging a image, will list all tags but not parent-child relationships.
It's inconvenient for me because I have a lot of tags.

Also I would like to provide support for other languages.

And thanks for the offer! We've started working on internationalization support in #490. We will reach out when we need help from users, we still would like to finalize the content before people start putting effort into translating it
