Feature request: Add default speed for all videos

It would be very useful to add default speed for all videos. And this default speed to be then overwritten by the specific channels and videos.

Reason: for some users, the current default speed of 1 is just too slow for almost all videos (especially when people are talking)

@nikolayhg You're very welcome, glad you are getting some use from the extension.

Expanding the options available (like with a global default speed, which is a setting I already had included from my own brainstorming of nice-to-haves) is definitely something I plan to get to - it's hard finding time to implement everything I want to outside of normal work and family time.

I have a plan for a pretty large scale refactor of the entire extension that will include adding this option. Stay tuned...

After the rewrite with those enhancements it could become the best feature extensive open source and privacy oriented extension for YouTube speed.
