Summary

ansible/ansible#75865

We generally try to do these at three week intervals. The date that's currently in the roadmap for 5.1 is five weeks from 5.0. This was because the release of 5.0 was originally planned for one week later so the date of the first maintenance release needed to be after the holidays. Now that we've moved the 5.0 release back by one week we have three weeks before the holidays to make the release.

<felixfontein> VOTE: should we move the 5.1.0 planned release date to 2021-12-21, i.e. 3 weeks after 5.0.0?
