Export conda environments (Mac, Linux) and share on GitHub. M1 and Intel both needed?

Can install a working version from yaml files, but there is a warning (see issue #101). While this doesn't seem to have an effect on the test dataset, I recommend not using that install method until we have figured out the warning.
