Hi!
Kerberos authentication not working with hdfs-lookups.

Affected Version

0.22.0+

Description

LookupReferenceManager and HdfsStorageAuthenticator start concurrently with different order. When LookupReferenceManager is before HdfsStorageAuthenticator - start blocked on lookup read timeouts.
