[DOCS] Update cite information

Which page or section is this issue related to?

README, the README should include some @misc{} citation so people in academia cite it.

What are you documenting, or what change are you making in the documentation?

Hi @borgr, this has been added to the GitHub main repo through the CITATION.cff file. @alvarobartt perhaps we can add this during the next iteration of the docs too?

Hi @borgr yes, as @davidberenstein1957 just mentioned now (and around a week ago too), we decided to include the CITATION.cff file with the citation format that you can use if willing to cite our work with distilabel 🤗 It does appear in the distilabel repository as per the screenshot below, but we can also add that at the end of the README.md which seems to be the standard and most likely the most convenient way of doing so! Thanks again!

I think we can update the cite info to "Argilla team", not to have to touch it when teams change, and we can add it explicitly to the readme too.
