multi-project pipeline in argo workflow, is possible?

Is there any way in Argo-Workflow to create a multiproject-pipeline?

More concrete I need to trigger from several microservices a step (or task) to trigger an external repository-pipeline passing some parameters like: microserviceId (or artifactId), and environment ( which env is the pipeline which triggers)

Example:

• Microservice-a: with 3 steps, each "print hello world a/b/c"
• Microservice-b: with 3 steps, each "print hello world a/b/c"
• Microservice-receiver: execute some test depending on a parameter by now hardcode at the begging inside the Microservice-receiver.workflow.yaml . If the parameter.value: "Microservice-a" executes a single positive test in path: Microservice-receiver/.../Microservice-a/PositeTest.java . If parameter.value: "Microservice-b", executes a single negative test in Microservice-receiver/.../Microservice-b/PositeTest.java

I want to change the 2 step in microservice-a/b, instead of print "hello world b", trigger the external pipeline to Microservice-receiver, passing their name, and have a green step in Microservice-a and a red one in Microservice-b.

Is this possible in Argo?
