Salary Expectation

• $1200 - $2000 NET/month

Requirements

Education: Bachelor of IT or equivalent

Necessarily, experience with:

• Administration of Debian GNU/Linux
• Scripting and/or programming, especially bash shell scripting
• Configuration management and orchestration tools
• Networking (iptables and/or nft, routing)
• git

Ideally, experience with:

• Puppet
• AWS
• DNS Administration (bind9)
• Nexus
• Apache
• LDAP

Optionally, experience with:

• SSO systems (Okta/Keycloak)
• Atlassian toolset (Jira/Bitbucket etc)
• ISO27001/Security Certification/Processes
• System Monitoring
• 2FA/MFA
• WAN/LAN Networking Administration
• Jenkins
• AV Scanning systems
• MDM
• Supporting Developer teams as well as other end users

Additional knowledge in: Google Admin; Slack / Zoom APIs/Development; SIP Phone systems; Jetbrains products; Apple macOS administration.
Communication skills: Intermediate-level English (verbal and written, no requirement for specific certificate).
Being a fast learner, self-motivated, passionate and willing to learn, adapt new technologies.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced SysOps / DevOps / IT-I Admin to join a dynamic team where we are doing a mix of system administration and IT helpdesk work. Whilst there are many existing systems to maintain, there are always exciting new challenges, like developing solutions for product license management and linking these with Salesforce, or configuring the network in a new sales office, or migrating Magnolia’s issue tracker to a new service

You’ll be responsible for

• Identity management and authentication of user accounts, both for personnel as well as for customers and partners;
• The administration of our internal and product development tools, including Google Mail, Jira, Confluence and Nexus;
• The administration of the operating system platform which hosts our tools and internal solutions;
• The maintenance of the network infrastructure, including wifi and VPN solutions;
• Staff laptop purchases and inventory management;
• Pushing for continuous improvements in terms of process/security and creating/extending regulations.
