To design, document, deliver innovative, cost-effective and efficient IT solutions for various type/size systems, and be fully aware of the integration, maintenance, and migration aspects;
To be the escalation point for technical issues of all technical issues in the project;
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle;

■REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a Technical Lead or a similar role.
Japanese equivalent N2 and Pre-Intermediate English
Experience working with Japanese clients.
Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Big Bonus:
Experience leading the technical aspects of large-scale projects.
Proven success in implementing and optimizing service-oriented or microservices architectures.
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and champion new technologies.
Experience with industry regulations and standards (e.g. GDPR, PCI DSS, ISO...).
