Nightbane only casts 1 version of Smoking Blast towards highest threat target
Expected Blizzlike Behaviour
There's 2 Smoking Blast spells. One with cast time 1.0 and another instant cast. Nightbane should cast both versions
I'm not 100% on the targetting behavior. I think the highest threat target (healer) should be hit by Smoking Blast Cast 30128 and a random target by Smoking Blast Instant 37057.
Unsure of timing

Healer POV Karazhan. Watch 5:42 druid healer (POV) gets hit by smoking blast and a hunter at the same time. This makes me believe healers get hit by the cast selected by threat and randomly an instant cast goes towards a random raid member https://youtu.be/Wx1XsKoh0wk?si=KpLC8jCB9Q0pBooV&t=343
