Disciple of Naralex disappears if talked while in combat

Current Behaviour

After killing the required bosses in the dungeon and talking with Disciple of Naralex in Wailing Caverns, if the player is in combat he will say "Help" and disappear.

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

He should not disappear and simply just do nothing until you get out of combat.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Get into Wailing Caverns.
2. Kill all the required bosses to be able to continue with the final boss.
3. Be in combat.
4. Talk with Disciple of Naralex.
5. He will disappear.
