Isle of Quel'Danas Shattered Sun Marksman does not shoot at NPC Dawnblade Hawkrider ID 25063
EXPECTED BLIZZLIKE BEHAVIOR:

Shattered Sun Marksman should be shooting at Dawnblade Hawkrider if he's nearby.

CURRENT BEHAVIOUR:

Shattered Sun Marksman just stands around
