Theoretically this Boss should appear during the "Scourge Invasion" event.

The Scourge Invasion is a limited-time world event, heralding the arrival of Naxxramas.
Invasion points will pop up in several higher-level zones, Stormwind and Undercity will come under attack,
and new bosses will appear in undead related dungeons.

The event centers around the Argent Dawn and is a good opportunity to catch up on your rep.
All mobs and quests involved will grant rep at least until Honored,
the minimum rep required to enter Naxxramas.

Much of the event was reused as the pre-expansion event for Wrath of the Lich King.
A similar event is also being used during the pre-expansion of Shadowlands on retail WoW.

I propose to add this Boss permanently to the Dungeon.

Putting a boss permanently in a dungeon that is supposed to just appear during an event is not blizzlike or else make it a module for those who want blizzlike. Already that we keep the bugs of the RETAIL.

I agree with Maurowin.

This is not blizzlike to 3.3.5

What we could do is script the event and have the option to enable the event for whoever wants it. But spawning it permanently in 3.3.5 is a no-go

I disagree with you both.
The reason I disagree is because this event:

• 1 We don't have it. (ie the event exists as a "Title" in the "game_event" table but has no content.
• 2 This event is not an event that recurs every certain time, but it is an event that (HAPPENS ONLY ONCE), and it happens in the 3.3.5 Pre-Patch.

This means that Players WILL NEVER HAVE a chance to get Boss' loot.
In my opinion I find it a thing WITHOUT SENSE (and I say nonsense because I'm avoiding using the expression "idiot thing"), preclude the Player this loot just for a quibble "It's not BlizzLike" but who cares? I say..

See the PR, the event can be activated manualy by command for those who want it.

It is good if we script the event. Me and Shin are both agreeing on this 👍

You described it well, Pre-Patch!
If pre-patch is not scripted, why not script it rather than make a permanent hackfix?
People will get a chance to kill it with the progressive mode: #5248
