Primary English alias not taken from Musicbrainz for specific artist

Problem

When attempting to add the track "恐" by "宮崎誠" (English: Makoto Miyazaki) in the album "TVアニメ『ワンパンマン』オリジナルサウンドトラック ONE TAKE MAN", beets is not setting the metadata (artist and album) to the English (primary) aliases defined in the MusicBrainz database. As such, the artist and album folders are in Japanese as well.

Running this command in verbose (-vv) mode:

For titles, MB uses a different mechanism—you might want to follow #654.
