Been using the latest version since I updated from the Sourceforge one (wasn't aware of this git fork).
In Windows XP SP3 32bit, the current version 4.14 makes the taskbar disappear when another window is active and you right-click on the taskbar (anywhere, from the Start menu button, to the quick launch icons, active windows and notification icons). It doesn't happen if the taskbar is active (left-click on an empty area and then right-click). I haven't tested other versions or OS's.
What I think is happening is RBTray is minimizing the whole taskbar when right-clicking over it. Since I don't know how to get it back (restarting explorer.exe process doesn't fix it), my only workaround is terminating current session and logging in back.
