It just shows a default icon

I encountered the same problem. When minimizing uwp app with hotkey, it doesn't work properly.
An example is the use of it in the Microsoft Store. It seems to disappear from the screen. However, a logo left by it is still visible on the taskbar (clicking on the logo does not evoke it). A black box can also be seen when I switch tasks using alt+tab.

I have the same problem. it also change it from the application menu(not only showing wrong icon) but changing the whole icon of uwp apps.

Simillar. Whatsup UWP not working. Icon still in taskbar
