Missing Market price subscription stream #612

Hi Benny,

It looks like the Market price subscription is missing from tthe Lightstreamer API. (For Reference: https://labs.ig.com/streaming-api-reference.html).

I'll create a PR to bring it in, should mean that all the Lightstreamer APIs are now included.
