cosmos/cosmos-sdk#16112 is closed now, should remove some of the proto hacks (https://github.com/berachain/polaris/blob/main/cosmos/proto/polaris/evm/v1alpha1/tx.proto#L42) and implement custom signers for eth txns.

sorry if dupe, didn't see an issue related to this anywhere in my searches
