Add option to skip the optional steps in multi-step configurator module.

In the case of multi-step configurator, some steps contain only the optional configuration properties. using the Skip button(or something similar) user can directly move to the Review step once he is done with the required steps.

Hi @indraraj, Great suggestion! When those designs for Debezium were created, the following issue was opened in patternfly-design to request guidance on this (this is a link to the comment with the design document): patternfly/patternfly-design#924 (comment)

I like the idea. Just one note, if we add the "Security" step suggested here this skip option should point to that step rather than the "Review" one.
