Add more metadata to COCO report #131

We should add custom metadata to the COCO export to enable more features for the new import. These are:

Label UUIDs
Label colors
Users (with UUIDs)
Annotation shapes
Volume name (as description in the info section)

The import module has to be updated accordingly to handle the new data.
