如题，
微信不在白名单中返回的errcode是40164
微信原始报文：{"errcode":40164,"errmsg":"invalid ip ***** ipv6 ::ffff:*******, not in whitelist rid: 654e0b13-0f2e7229-0494092b"}

然后就会一直throw，一直catch
