re-build docs nightly #309

Currently the docs are only re-built upon a push to master; when that doesn't happen for a while the list of available packages gets out of date.

@daler - please re-open if I'm wrong, but I believe the move to CircleCI in #253 included nightly building of the docs from the start. Perhaps it was something else?
