Ideal case might be independent sign up with Market Maker confirmation / approval required before the new Supplier could "go live".

In my use-case, each Supplier will also have a Store filled with only that Supplier's product, making the person both a Supplier and a Market Maker (other Market Makers can also use that Supplier's product). In this case, I think it makes sense to allow anyone to become a Supplier and then use approvals
