Add support for LSB init param

From what I've been told, LSB init scripts are being replaced by systemd units.

Adding support for it could be done like for the Docker support by adding a new command:

$ box docker                           #generates a `Dockerfile` for a given PHAR
$ box compile --with-docker # builds the PHAR & the `Dockerfile`

In any case, I'm not really willing to go into this unless there is a need for it. So if someone is interested I'll gladly help out, but meanwhile I'll be closing this one
