Originally opened as adobe/brackets#6174

Pull adobe/brackets#6056 introduced 2 failures in unit tests

Document Ref counting.should clean up (later) a master Editor auto-created by calling read-only Document API, if Editor not used by UI
--- Expected 4 to be 1.

InlineEditorProviders htmlToCSSProvider Inline Editor syncing from disk.should close inline editor when file deleted on disk
--- timeout: timed out after 1000 msec waiting for success [inline editor opened]

See latest jenkins builds for the integration suite.
