Description

[Follow up to #10061] "dtoi" value is not retained after 15 days

Steps to reproduce

  1. Clean install 1.12.112 build
  2. Verify dtoi is captured in backend
  3. Move device date ahead by 15 days
  4. Check usage ping dtoi is removed

Actual result

dtoi value is not removed

Expected result

dtoi should probably be set to null similar to desktop

1.12.112

  • Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Shields? NA

  • Is the issue reproducible on the latest version of Chrome? NA
