Description

The tab's thumbnails order is incorrect in the group tab view.

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Brave
2. Open few random websites (more then 3 tabs)
3. Group these tabs together
4. Tap Tab overview button > Observe incorrect order
5. Tap tab group > Observe correct order

Actual result

The tab's thumbnails order is incorrect in the group tab view. It's annoying when, for example: I want to open tab #2, and I tap the tab group, then I tap automatically tab #2, but another website opens instead.

NOTE: The same issue is reproducible in Chrome.
