Describe the issue you encountered:

Under some conditions, the address-bar will shift to the left.

Expected behavior:

The address bar does not shift when the user interacts with it.

  • Platform (Win7, 8, 10? macOS? Linux distro?): Windows 10
  • Brave Version: 0.12.2
  • Steps to reproduce:
    1. Focus the address-bar
    2. Begin typing a visited URL to invoke the suggestions UI
    3. Note the occasional shifting
