Describe the issue you encountered:
In bookmarks manager if I create a bookmarks folder 'x', add a bookmark, and create a new folder 'x', the bookmark is destroyed.

Expected behavior:
Either the system should block creation of duplicate folders or allow for duplicate folders but have some unique identifier in the backend (not exposed to the user via UI) so that bookmarks are retained.

  • Platform (Win7, 8, 10? macOS? Linux distro?):
    Tested on OS X
  • Brave Version:
    0.12.5 Preview 1
  • Steps to reproduce:
    1. Create a bookmark folder named 'x'
    2. Add a bookmark to the folder
    3. Create new bookmark folder named 'x'
    4. Check the contents of the folder
