Yes

Describe the issue you encountered:
When moving a folder in the Bookmarks Manager, it appeared to have duplicated the folder. Restarting Brave showed that was not the case.

Expected behavior:
The Bookmarks Manager view should stay consistent with reality.

  • Platform (Win7, 8, 10? macOS? Linux distro?):
    Tested on OS X
  • Brave Version:
    0.12.5 Preview2
  • Steps to reproduce:
    1. Create or have some bookmark folders
    2. Attempt to move one of those folders to the top of the bookmark list

    move_folder
