    The FAQ bubble (?) is next to "auto-include". It links to https://brave.com/Payments_FAQ.html

Clicking this link doesn't help you understand anything about auto include. If we'd like to keep the bubble there, we should create a new link, like https://brave.com/Payments_FAQ.html#auto-include
